1. Scope of Services

Groundwell (operated by LOUKAScience Ltd) provides non-medical lifestyle and wellness coaching services, including one-to-one consultations, group sessions, written wellness plans, and ongoing support packages for individuals, families, and organisations. Services are delivered remotely by video or voice call to private clients located within the European Union.

Groundwell is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe treatment for any medical condition, and our services do not replace care from a licensed physician. See our Impressum for full company details.

2. Booking & Contract Formation

Services are booked by contacting us directly (see Contact). A contract is formed once we confirm your booking — specifying the service, package, and price — in writing (by email).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is made by bank transfer against invoice, or via Wise, to the details below. Services are provided once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment reference (required): please use the invoice number we provide. We will send this to you before payment, once your order and scope have been confirmed.

Wise Tag: if you hold a Wise account, you may also pay via our Wise Tag: wise.com/pay/business/loukascienceltd. We can only accept payments in EUR.

4. Invoicing

An invoice is issued before payment is due, including a unique invoice number to be used as the payment reference. Please do not send payment before receiving your invoice.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because our services are personalised and often begin shortly after booking, this right may be affected once performance has started with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance. Full withdrawal terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

7. Liability

Our services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, and nothing provided through Groundwell should be treated as medical advice. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Bulgarian and EU law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence as an EU consumer. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
